There are several different appointment types depending on your needs.

After your consultation with Dr. Clark, you will likely need to order labs. Please be aware,
labs are not billed to insurance and are not included in the consultation fee.
Labs need to be paid for separately and out of pocket.
The lab company that Dr. Clark uses does not involve going to a clinic to have blood drawn. Once labs are paid for, they will be shipped directly to your house. The test will involve
either a finger prick, saliva sample, urine sample or fecal sample. Once you have
collected your sample, you will use the return package that is included to return
your sample for analysis.
15 Minute Virtual/Phone Consultation
This is a free 15 minute phone call or virtual meeting for you to ask questions and find out if Functional Medicine is right for you.

30 Minute Virtual Consultation
A 30-minute consultation is for an already established patient that has a few questions or concerns about their current health. During the conversation, we can determine if lab work is needed and make any necessary adjustments to an existing treatment plan.

Monthly Virtual Membership
Once you have become an established patient, if you feel like you need additional support from the doctor then you may be interested in a month-to-month membership. This would include one 60-minute consultation at the start of the month. Followed-up with three 30-minute consultations once a week for three weeks. There is no contract to determine the duration of your membership. It is determined on your health.

New Patient Virtual Appointment
A new patient appointment includes two different appointments. The first visit will be for 60 minutes and includes a deep dive into your health history and a look at what is currently going on. At that time, I will order labs based on the information gathered and what your symptoms are. When the labs come back, we will set up a 30 minute follow-up appointment. At the follow-up we will go over the labs and establish a treatment plan.

One Hour Virtual Consultation
A one-hour virtual consultation is for an already established patient that has not been seen for longer than 2 months and is beginning to experience several changes in their health. This is an opportunity for the patient and the doctor to have an in-depth conversation about the changes and establish a treatment plan with the potential for additional lab work.
